Aliviane, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing services since 1970 and has developed a broad range of promotion, prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery programs in the areas of substance use, behavioral health, HIV services, and homelessness.

Provides the guidance and resources for families in emergencies and help them to build a better family life through support of a healthy recovery.

Engages in research, evaluation, education, prevention, intervention, and preparedness services related to public health.

Serves the El Paso, Culberson and Hudspeth counties by representing the state and victims of crime in the prosecution of adult felony and misdemeanor cases.

Addresses education, healthcare, affordable housing, gang prevention, homelessness, and the needs of small business owners by building affordable low-income rental housing, providing: high quality, low cost healthcare; homelessness prevention and recovery program; early childhood education; after-school enrichment; and microenterprise support.

Provides comprehensive and accessible mental health services to children, families and individuals of all ages to promote a healthy and happy community.
