Dr. Tsuboi's dissertation examined source and destination memory in bilinguals and monolinguals. Her MA thesis on foreign vocabulary learning in monolinguals and bilinguals was published in the Journal of Memory and Language. Dr. Tsuboi is currently a senior analyst at Texas Tech JAV名女优馆.
Marisela Guti茅rrez, Ph.D. 2013
Dr. Guti茅rrez' dissertation (completed under supervision of Dr. Christina Sobin) examined executive control processes in bilinguals and monoinguals. Previously, she worked in our laboratory on projects examining recognition memory in bilinguals and semantic organization in bilingual memory. Dr. Guti茅rrez is now a psychology professor at the Universidad Aut贸noma de Ciudad Ju谩rez.
Eva M. de la Riva L贸pez, M.A. 2005, Ph.D. 2012
Dr. de la Riva's dissertation examined implicit and explicit attitudes about language and ethnicity in English-speaking and Spanish-speaking monolinguals and bilinguals. Dr. de la Riva is now an Associate Professor and Department Chair at Oakton Community College in Chicago.
Gabriela Dur谩n, M.A. 2005, Ph.D. 2009
Dr. Dur谩n's dissertation examined how performing an attention-demanding task affected change detection, object identification, and repetition priming in object identification. Dr. Dur谩n has been a professor in the Department of Visual Arts at the Universidad Aut贸noma de Ciudad Ju谩rez since 2006.
