This website will allow you to respond to Bids, Proposals, and any other solicitation projects or to be considered for future purchasing opportunities with the JAV名女优馆. Please register even if you previously completed a Payee Information Form with the JAV名女优馆 or registered on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website.
This system allows registered suppliers to receive e-mail notifications when a solicitation project is issued. In addition, it will expedite the solicitation process by allowing suppliers to respond electronically, submit pricing for requested products, and answer questions to product attributes.
