As a Water Engineer at Garver, Noemi applies the practical skills she gained through E-Lead to contribute to real-world water infrastructure projects. She leverages her problem-solving, teamwork and project management expertise to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop solutions that create meaningful community impact.
