Dr. Goran Pavlov
Dr. Pavlov’s research involves (1) development and evaluation of tools for personnel selection and assessment, (2) faking issues in personnel selection, (3) development and application of statistical and psychometric modeling, and (4) personality and individual differences.
Dr. Pavlov will be admitting one new doctoral student to begin in the Fall of 2026!
