The HR Immigration team is dedicated to assisting our faculty and staff interested in obtaining an H-1B, TN, and/or Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card) while ensuring compliance with federal requirements related to immigration.  To serve the JAVÃûÅ®ÓÅ¹Ý and its International scholar population with ample immigration services. We work diligently in collaboration with Immigration Attorneys to successfully obtain I-797 approval notices and Permanent residency status for our faculty and staff.

All employment-based petitions filed on behalf of The JAVÃûÅ®ÓÅ¹Ý of Texas at El Paso must be submitted by an approved Immigration attorney contracted through UTEP.
