The Southern Plains Transportation Center (SPTC) is a regional consortium of 11 academic institutions led by the JAVÃûÅ®ÓÅ¹Ý of Oklahoma that focuses on enhancing transportation infrastructure across USDOT Region 6. Its three-fold mission involves developing innovative and resilient solutions to improve infrastructure durability against natural hazards, training the next generation of transportation leaders, and empowering local communities through targeted research and education.

Transportation Leadership Council

The purpose of the TLC Student Chapter is to promote the collaboration of multi-disciplinary transportation professionals and UTEP students by fostering the development of leadership, teamwork, networking, and research skills through the activities conducted by the Chapter.
